The 2016 Toyota Sienna is powered by a 3.5-liter 24-valve DOHC V6 good for 266 horsepower and 245 lb.ft. of torque. This engine achieves 25 mpg highway and 18 city in the front-wheel drive configuration, and 23 mpg highway and 16 city with the all-wheel drive setup. Mated to either engine is a six-speed automatic transmission.
